SC District Arts Coordinators – Principals Peer-to-Peer Arts School Network Institute

The Joint Arts Administrators Summer Institute will be held July 14, 2016, at the Columbia Museum of Art. The SCDAC is a committee of the South Carolina Alliance for Arts Education (SCAAE). The Principals Peer-to-Peer Arts School Network is a committee of the Arts in Basic Curriculum (ABC) Project. Along with the South Carolina Department of Education (SCDE) and the ABC Project, we are pleased to offer this professional development opportunity for district and school-based administrators.
An arts leader from each district is invited to attend as the designated Fine Arts Coordinators as well as arts school principals or their designee will be funded to attend. Please see the registration form for information on sending more than one representative from your district or school.

Funding will cover one representative from each district as well as an administrator from a school with an arts-focused curriculum. A $10 non-refundable registration fee is required of all participants. Otherwise, the institute is at no cost and includes lunch and all materials. Registration is from 9:30 a.m. until 9:55 a.m. on Thursday, July 14. The institute will begin at 10:00 a.m. and will be an opportunity to network and learn of issues and initiatives that benefit our students and their teachers.
